We would like to make the community aware of the following activities we have planned over the coming weeks related to the Willow River Bridge Project:
- Construction activities are anticipated to begin on October 5.
- Initial activities will be earthworks.
There is no anticipated disruption to traffic, however there will be Caution signs up to alert people to construction in the area. - Pile driving for the bridge is expected to begin on October 19, and is anticipated to take approximately a week.

Débora Sales, M.Sc, R.P.Bio’s Post
Over the past eight days, Paige Maxwell, Katelyn Stenner, and I had the opportunity to work alongside Adrianna Champagne from the Lhtako Dene Nation while conducting fieldwork in support of WSP in Canada Mine Water and Environment West program. Working closely with our field crew, Adrianna gained hands-on experience in environmental field methods, navigating multiple field application, building skills in vegetation identification, soil sampling, and the use of digital field data collection applications.

Yesterday, Williams Lake First Nation met with Osisko Gold Group for a Cariboo Gold Project Participation Agreement meeting.It happened to be a pretty significant day for the Project. Osisko also announced its formal decision to proceed with full-scale construction of Cariboo Gold.Congratulations to the Osisko team on reaching a major milestone.
